by a qualified electrician. Existing and prospective tenants must be given a copy of the EICR
(Electrical Installation Condition Report). It must also be made available to the local government on demand.
When you schedule an EICR with us, our electrician will provide you with a report to ensure that you are in compliance
with the regulations. Details of any necessary remedial or additional investigative work will be included,
as will the recommended date for the next inspection and test. Remedial work is typically scheduled on the same day.
